A gas fireplace service appointment includes inspection, cleaning, troubleshooting, operational testing, log repositioning, media  replacement (sand, embers, lava rock), battery check & replacement, minor adjustments and repairs that can be completed without replacement parts. If a replacement part is needed, we’ll identify the correct component and explain the next steps.

Can you repair my fireplace during the first appointment?

In many cases, yes. Approximately 80% of the fireplaces we service are repaired during the initial appointment without requiring replacement parts. Some repairs may require manufacturer-specific components that must be ordered before the repair can be completed.

If replacement parts are needed, we will identify the appropriate components and explain the next steps. Once the parts are ordered, a return appointment can be scheduled to complete the repair and verify proper operation.

Fireplace manufacturers recommend having gas fireplaces professionally serviced annually. Annual service helps keep the fireplace clean, verifies proper operation, and allows developing issues or worn components to be identified before they lead to larger problems.

We install wood-burning fireplaces, inserts, and stoves, but we do not currently provide routine service or chimney sweeping for wood-burning systems.

Projects outside our standard service area may be considered depending on location, project type, and scheduling availability
